    I’ll be very grateful if someone could please teach or tell me the meaning of the word Bulisa or Bulsa. Thank u

      There is no answer to this question approved by all. Some people connect it with “buluk” (the well) and invent a story to it. It is questionable whether we ever can find a true explanation.
